Moving into year three of the pandemic, and despite widespread vaccination, we continued with virtual site visits out of an abundance of caution.

APAC moved into new offices in central Melbourne and hosted an initial hybrid Board meeting, with one Director and APAC staff joining deliberations in person.

APAC staff have returned to work in the office for part of each week, which has helped team members share knowledge and insights.

In the 2021-2022 financial year, the accreditation team conducted 353 Zoom meetings with higher education providers.

The team also handled 764 email enquiries and 313 phone enquiries.

There were 439 requests for student transcript checks.

The team dealt with the reviews of 206 undergraduate programs and 58 postgraduate programs.
