APAC Board Communiqué – August 2025

The APAC Board met on 25 August 2025. The Board was updated on APAC accreditation matters from the Accreditation Assessment Committee (AAC) and endorsed the revised alignment Accreditation Standards for Psychology, subject to final amendments. Other key items considered by the Board included:

  • Finalising the proposed agendas for the upcoming Community of Practice conference and first meeting of APAC’s Stakeholder Reference Group (SRG).
  • Adopting a Conflicts of Interest Policy, Business Continuity Management Policy, Travel, Accommodation and Expense Reimbursement Policy, and Cashflow Management and Solvency Monitoring Policy.
  • Monitoring progress on key projects, including implementation of the risk-based accreditation decision-making framework and operational efficiencies.

The next APAC Board meeting will take place on 24 November 2025.
