The APAC Board met on 27 February 2026. The Board reviewed the rollout of the 2025 Accreditation Standards for Psychology Programs (Accreditation Standards), noting the implications for providers subject to re-accreditation in 2026. Other key items considered by the Board included:
- Reviewing the results of APAC’s Annual Higher Education Provider Survey.
- Approving new and updated policies and funding allocations across the organisation; and
- Engaging with the Heads of Psychology Australia (HPA) through a presentation from Professor Kristen Pammer, Chair, and Professor Stephen Kent, Executive Officer, of the HPA on the APAC-HPA relationship.
The next APAC Board meeting will take place on 27 April 2026.
