The APAC Board met on 24 March 2025 in-person. The Board was updated on APAC accreditation matters from the Accreditation Assessment Committee (AAC) and received updates on APAC’s the risk-based framework. Other key items considered by the Board included:

  • Progress updates on the Alignment Accreditation Standards Review project which will align Accreditation Standards with the Psychology Board of Australia’s Code of Conduct and Professional Competencies.
  • Scoping development of an APAC organisational intelligence function to present independently derived information and sector trends.
  • Reviewing APAC’s Stakeholder Reference Group (SRG).
  • Briefing on APAC’s Annual Stakeholder Survey report and ongoing Communications plan.

The Board also agreed parameters for the upcoming APAC Board Strategy Planning Day which will take place on Monday 7 April in Melbourne.
