The Australian Psychology Accreditation Council (APAC) is inviting expressions of interest from psychology students to attend the Australian Pharmacy Council (APC) 2026 Interprofessional Education (IPE) Colloquium. APAC is delighted to be sponsoring two students to participate in this national one-day symposium in Canberra.
About the IPE Colloquium
The IPE Colloquium brings together educators, regulators, policy leaders and students to explore how health professional education can better prepare graduates for contemporary practice.
The 2026 theme, “Empowering voices: Educating health professionals for respectful and inclusive conversations,” focuses on strengthening the capability of future health professionals and interprofessional teams to communicate effectively across diverse abilities, identities and lived experiences.
The program examines practical, evidence-informed approaches to addressing barriers such as assumptions and systemic bias, and embedding inclusive communication across education, training and clinical settings.
Visit the IPE Colloquium website for further information.

Sponsored students will have the opportunity to engage in cross-disciplinary discussion with leaders in regulation, accreditation and education, and connect with peers from across the health professions.
