In the 2020-2021 financial year, the accreditation team conducted 189 Zoom meetings with higher education providers.
The team also handled 1507 email enquiries and 418 phone enquiries, with both figures up on the year before.
There were 623 requests for student transcript checks.
The team dealt with the reviews of 309 undergraduate programs and 125 postgraduate programs.
